1. Corrosion Resistance
As lined with polymer layer has a good corrosion resistance, It's very stable to various concentrations of inorganic acids, organic acids, alkali and salt (more than 95% of concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid and other strong oxidizing acids except)
2. Aging Resistance
Lined with polymer layer of the matrix material by adding modifiers, crosslinking agents and a number of features, so that the lining internally generated low-polar molecules of saturated aliphatic hydrocarbons cross-linked structure, and enhanced resistance to stress cracking, making the product has very good anti-aging performance.
3. Impact Resistance and Low Temperature Resistance
Due to the low brittle temperatue (-70 ~-60degree celsius) of lining material, supple molecular chain, it's applicable to work within the scope of -60~100 degree celsius, and impact resistance improved.
4. High Compressive Strenght
As the polymer-lined composite steel pipe chosen high-quality steel tube as the base body, it can withstand the pressure of -0.07 ~ 2.5 Mpa
5. Light in Weight, Easy Installation
As the substrate using thin-walled steel pipe, the weight is relatively light, flange connection, flexible pipe joint connection and welded connection can be used during installation.
